This achievement adds up to the commitment to service and facility improvement Spring Arona Gran Hotel has focused on this year.

After the implementation process, the hotel, part of Spring Hotels Group, has achieved ISO 9001 quality management system certification that ensures the hotel’s focus on quality and continuous improvement and strengthens the high level of services their customers enjoy, who, year after year, choose this hotel at the south of Tenerife, to spend their vacations.

The hotel has been given the certification by SGS, international organization accredited by ENAC, who proved the compliance with ISO 9001 requirements after passing the audit to review their processes and services.

This achievement in quality adds up to the efforts Spring Hotels have been taking this year and that will result in the increase of services such as a spa and a thermal circuit. In 2015 it is planned the hotel will commence its renovation project and new equipment purchase to update the 391 rooms the hotel currently has.

The implementation process has had collaboration from Excelencia Turística de Tenerife, working in implementation of quality and environmental management systems in the tourism sector since the mid ‘90s. This Spring Arona Gran Hotel project is surely the beginning of a series of business successes in the sustainability and corporative responsibility environments, areas where the hotel group is currently working on.

Spring Hotels’ chain has currently three housing facilities at Canary Islands, all of them located in Tenerife:  Spring Arona Gran Hotel, Spring Hotel Vulcano and Spring Hotel Bitácora.
