SGS Córdoba, in collaboration with Córdoba’s Property Administrators Council and Córdoba’s Entrepreneurs Confederation (CECO), organized last June 10th the first Technical Seminar to inform on the different aspects affecting the property administration profession.

During the presentation, those attending the event were provided with a general vision on the current installations regulation that affect them, focusing in the periods, responsibilities and obligations introduced in the new Elevator Machines’ Regulation.

They were also informed about Health and Safety responsibilities acquired by the Community of Proprietors as Promoter when performing the Works necessary for conservation and reformation of the building.

Those attending the Seminar were updated in health and safety management applied to external workers in estates, as well as the coordination of business activities to be performed when third party services are hired.

Other services that were shown were: Energy Efficiency studies, Low Voltage Lines, Thermographies, Building Energy certification, buildings and installations’ pathologies research, electromagnetic compatibility studies, etc.

The seminar had great results and a new Technical Seminar event more specific for Health and Safety is being planned for the near future.
