On September 28, Oscar Borràs, Chief Auditor in Food Safety Schemes, was invited by the Escola de Capacitació Agrària de Monells, to hold a Technical Conference on Changes in the Version FSSCC 22000 v4.

The main changes in the new standard FSSC 22000 v4.1 that were discussed during the day were:

  • Audits not announced in one of the follow-ups within a 3-year audit cycle.
  • New requirements going from 4 to 9 additional.
  • New certifiable scopes.
