XXIV Seminar on Breakthrough: Change and Innovation Management by Shoji Shiba in Madrid
Next 3rd and 4th of April SGS will organise in Madrid the XXIV Seminar “Breakthrough: Change and Innovation Management” imparted by Dr. Shoji Shiba. Shiba, Demming Award and MIT (Massachussets Institute of Technology), is one of the most internationally recognised experts in Change and Innovation Management. More than 950 executives have attended his previous Spanish seminars in the past 15 years and he also participates in Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and SGS’ Quality Master since 1992.
The Seminar:This seminar developed by Shoji Shiba at the MIT presents guidelines for executives wishing to change their organisations and the nature of change, with its different elements, will be analysed: the individual skills required in the company and the proper methodologies used to develop future concepts from change symptoms’ perception.
