SGS, in Collaboration with UEMC, will Impart a Safety, Biotechnology and Food Innovation Master
Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes (UEMC), in collaboration with SGS, has organised a Master on Safety, Biotechnology and Food Innovation that will be included in their “own degrees” training catalogue, starting from October 2008.
Through the Master it will be possible, also, to obtain “Quality Management Systems Chief Auditor” degree, recognised by IRCA. Also, more than twenty organisations in the sector will collaborate with the Master, amongst which there are CSIC, ACTA/CL, Grupo El Árbol, Meléndez, several guarantees of origin, IGPs, Warranty Brands.
This Master aims to provide those participating with fair knowledge, abilities and skills in the Food Engineering environment, in order to allow them to have a solid base when getting research jobs in Universities, Research Centres, and Food Control Departments, or participating in the I+D+i department for organisations. The Master is headed by Mª Cruz Rey de las Moras, Agronomies Engineer, Agronomies Engineers and Enologist Engineers Coordinator and UEMC lecturer.
