Axor Hotels’ Mirage Restaurant Obtains 'Hygiene Monitored' Quality Seal
Madrid, July 6th, EUROPAPRESS.- Axor hotels and their restaurant Mirage have recently obtained the 'Hygiene Monitored' Quality Seal by SGS, as proof of the hygiene and security measures implemented in the food handling process just before serving it to the customer.
This way, all products consumed in Mirage restaurant and all Axor facilites in Madrid, comply properly with all food safety and hygiene controls demanded by European standards.
'Hygiene Monitored', the name of such hygienic quality brand, is a comprehensive food safety system designed for the preparation and service to the end consumer stage, via a series of hygiene audits, complemented by an analytics system to determine minimum requirements to obtain this quality seal.
This confirms that every food product prepared in their facilities comply with the current European Regulations as well as the food handling manipulation and hygiene good practices, that the staff has been provided the proper related training, that periodical inspections to the facilities have been implemented and with all plague controls performed.
Also, SGS performs analysis such as microbiological, surfaces in contact with the food products, food handling staff and water, amongst others.
