SGS Lodge Turns 25
SGS Lodge has just turned 25 years old. We started our career in Spain performing quality controls for Supermarkets and Logistic companies to turn into the model organization in relation to Measurement and Service Quality Improvement programs, as well as the leaders in Mystery Shopping service, due to our deep collaboration with the leading companies in all organizational environments.
Through all these years, SGS Lodge has adapted itself and integrated new measurement systems related to Customer Experience, providing solutions to our customers’ current needs. Along with the Services we offer, that have turned us into the leading company in Spain, we have gone through the development of added value solutions to appear within the Measurement and Service Quality Improvement programs such as online surveys, surveys via mobile phones or monitorization and online reputation studies.
