SGS Organizes a BCI Official Course on Tests Plan in Madrid
SGS organizes a BCI (Business Continuity Institute) Official Course on Business Continuity Test Plan Program that will take place on July 23rd and 24h at SGS in Madrid premises.
The course, 16 hours length in situ mode, is destined to all business continuity managers in charge of the development, management and maintenance of testing programs within their organizations, and will provide with the skills, tools and knowledge necessary to implement, manage and maintain the program to be used for validation of the continuity plan’s efficiency.
Any successful Business Continuity Management program depends entirely in an organization’s ability to respond efficiently when an incident occurs, so in consequence the Business Continuity Plan has to be constantly updated and those involved in the response process must know what is expected from them.
During the course’s second day a case study developed by SGS will be used for practicing.
