SGS organizes the BCI Official Course “How to Implement a Business Continuity Plan”
SGS organizes the BCI (Business Continuity Institute) Official Course “How to Implement a Business Continuity Plan” that will take place on July 17th and 18th at SGS in Madrid’s premises.
The course, 16 hours length in situ mode, is directed to those in charge of implementation of Business Continuity Plans within their organizations, and offers practical guidelines to develop and issue the different Business Continuity Plan on strategic, tactical or operational levels.
Continuity plans are part of an organization’s crisis management and a core element of Business Continuity Management lifecycle.
The course is based in presentations, workshops and case studies focused in several scenarios to show how a continuity plan is implemented.
