Confederación de Empresarios de Cádiz (CEC) located in Jerez’s Fermín Aranda street, hosted last December 3rd the seminar “The Customer’s Voice”, imparted by SGS and focused in the new methods and techniques organizations can attain to get to know their customers and consumers’ current and future needs. This seminar is the result of collaboration between   SGS and CEC.

SGS spokesperson was the director of fue el director of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid’s Total Quality Master, José Miguel Carreño. Jerez is now the fourth city in Andalucía where SGS imparts this technical seminar after Granada, Málaga and Sevilla.

SGS in Cádiz Regional Manager, Emilio López, explained this free seminar is aimed at any “organization with customers, which encompasses about 98% of organizations”.
