SGS has been selected as one of the 50 most sustainable companies worldwide by the 2019 SEAL Business Sustainability Awards.
The winners of the Organizational Impact category of the SEAL Award, announced today, have been selected combining two premier Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data sets: the CDP A-list and the SAM Corporate Sustainability Assessment.
SGS has been recently included in the CDP A-list for climate change and was named Industry Leader at the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) World and Europe for the sixth consecutive year. SGS has been included in this selection of companies committed to sustainability along with global brands like Unilever, Adobe, Abbott Laboratories, Hilton, Cisco, Pirelli, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Nestlé.
This award highlights SGS’s commitment to integrating sustainability along the value chain and creating value for all stakeholders and for society. “We are honored to be included in this selection of the 50 most sustainable companies.
