ESIC Business & Marketing School training centre has been assessed and certificated by SGS in relation to the compliance with ISO 9001:2000 requirements for the activities of Postgrade Programmes Training, Executive Education and Languages and IT Platforms Learning Programmes; Reception Processes, participant attention (student and organization), training provision, complementary and building customer loyalty services. Its implementation in ESIC implies a quality recognition for Programmes already accredited and its scope extends to all the organisation’s training centres imparting MBA and Languages Programmes.
ESIC, willing to train people towards excellence, with an unique academic catalogue, wishes to turn into a link between the company and the public, from university studies to continuous training, and a refferal to Training Quality, promoting their model to other Training Centres. In order to achieve this, ESIC performs a continuous management of quality procedures in the frame of reference set by national and international Quality Models, both the educational and multisectorials sector.

To implement National and International Accreditation and Certification regulation for University Programmes, MBA and Master Programmes, Continuous Training Programmes. To promote Quality Models as innovative springboard in the rest of the Organisations, Educational and other sectors. ESIC, also, is a member of Comité de Calidad para la Educación, fostered by Asociación Española de Calidad (AEC), as well as Foro Excelencia e Innovación, promoted by Club Excelencia en Gestión.
