SGS certifica la calidad del Centro de Cualificación Turística de Murcia
Murcia’s National Bureau of Tourism Development General Manager, Ángel Campos Gil, as managing director of Tourism Qualification Training Centre (CCT), has been given recently ISO 9001 Certification, one of the biggest recognitions a training centre can aspire for the training services provided, from SGS in Murcia director, Benito García.
Ángel Campos has said that “this certification means an external recognition of the quality of our courses, whose structure and contents aim to offer efficient answers to the training needs those wishing to improve in their proffesion have”. “We believe that the proven firmness of is achieved particularly by training their proffesionales”, Campos added.
CCT offered courses, classified by areas (tourism, hotel trade and specific service sectors), are particularly dedicated to those proffesionals wishing to increase their qualification levels and tryinf to gain access for the first time to this sector.
The Certification, recognised by SGS, is a result of all efforts taken, the maturity and efficiency of CCT’s management through their history. As a consequence of this, only in the first semester of 2008, Murcia’s Tourism Qualification Training Centre foresees more than 100 courses offered with a total schedule of 6.300 lecture hours, which means an increase of more than 50% from the same time period of 2007.
