SGS has given in the last month of January, Qualicert Quality Service certifications to Makro Autoservicio Mayorista S.A.’s Department stores in Alcalá de Henares, Alcorcón and Oyarzún according to Regulation Document "Wholesaling Distribution Service for Proffesional Clients".
The certification of these three new department stores joins the already obtained ten certifications in yearsc2004, 2005 and 2006 in Granada, Tarragona, Palma de Mallorca, Finestrat, Valladolid, Pamplona, Córdoba, Castellón, Alicante and Vitoria.
The Document, issued on request by Makro Autoservicio Mayorista S.A, has been agreed by a Commitee formed by the top players in the sector as well as service providers’ (AECOC) and proffesional customers (FEHR) representatives, who also decided too the concession of certifications to such department stores.
The Document, available to the public, binds a series of requirements all deparment stores must observe, which will be divided into “6 Service Quality Commitments”:
